Privacy Policy

WI Sports app (web, Android, iOS, Windows) · Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data the WI Sports app collects, why, and what rights you have. WI Sports is a club and team management app published by IMC (Ikram Mkaissi Consulting). Clubs can use it under their own name and logo; this policy applies to every club version of the app.

1. Who is responsible

Publisher: IMC – Ikram Mkaissi Consulting, 13 Imam Ibn Arafa Street, 2050 Hammam-Lif, Ben Arous, Tunisia, tax ID (matricule fiscal) 1889220/D/000/A/M. Contact: contact@imc-tn.com · imc-tn.com.

Each club, team or federation that uses WI Sports decides which members it adds and what it records about them. For that member data, the club is the controller and IMC processes it on the club's behalf. IMC is the controller for account data needed to run the service (login, security, support).

2. Data we collect

We do not collect precise location, contacts from your address book, health data from your device, or payment card data. The app has no in-app purchases.

3. Why we use it

We do not sell personal data, do not show advertising, and do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

4. AI analysis

WI Sports can analyse match statistics with artificial intelligence to suggest insights for coaches. The analysis uses sports data (events, scores, actions, attendance). It is a help for coaches and does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on players. Where an external AI provider is used, it acts as our processor and may not use the data to train its own models.

5. Children and minors

Clubs often include young players. A player under the age of digital consent in their country (13 to 18 depending on the country, for example 16 in many EU countries) may only be added by the club with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent can have their own Parent account linked to the child, view the child's information, and ask the club or IMC to correct or delete it at any time.

6. Who can see your data

7. International transfers

WI Sports is used in several countries and our providers may store data outside your country. When that happens we use safeguards required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep data

Data is kept while the club uses WI Sports, so that statistics stay connected across seasons. When a member is removed or deletes their account, their personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep some records longer. When a club ends its subscription, its data is deleted within 90 days unless the club asks for an export first.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access is limited by role, and passwords are never stored in plain text. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will inform you and the competent authorities as the law requires.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU GDPR, Tunisian Organic Law 2004-63 and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict some processing, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority (for example INPDP in Tunisia, SDAIA in Saudi Arabia, or the authority of your EU country).

11. Deleting your account

You can ask for your account and data to be deleted from the app settings where available, or by emailing contact@imc-tn.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We answer within 30 days. A parent can request deletion for their child the same way.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will notify users in the app of any important change.
